三 | 老人这边更舒坦：养老驿站能唱歌、打台球，隔壁就是雄安首家社区卫生服务中心，量血压、看慢病出门就到，每年还免费体检。从“一米高度”到“银发温度”，一老一小都有安乐窝。再说青年发展。社区不光管生活，还管“充电”。青年之家、众创空间、创业孵化基地一应俱全，年轻人下班能学技能、找岗位。就业服务中心学生王同学说：“正准备在大四找个实习的机会。发现这个平台（提供的）机会很大。说来这里感觉能让我收获到更多东西。”社区成了人生加油站，让年轻人愿意来、留得下。最后说居民参与。在贤溪，社区的事不是物业一方说了算。社区搞了“1+3+N”网格化治理，8个小区147名党员带头，楼院长、志愿者、包片民警一起干，让居民从“旁观者”变“当家人”。贤溪社区居委会副主任闫孟说：“首先这里的设施和规划都比较前置，相比较全国其他社区，我认为比较（具有）样板（性质）。我们社区是一站式服务，有服务清单，线上也可以问我们工作人员，来这里之后就可以一次办清。
