9月13日，河北省保定市莲池区应对新冠肺炎疫情工作应急指挥部发布关于划定高、中风险区的通告。为坚决防范疫情扩散蔓延，切实保障广大人民群众生命安全和身体健康，根据国务院联防联控机制《新型冠状病毒肺炎防控方案（第九版）》有关规定，经专家组研判，莲池区应对新冠肺炎疫情工作应急指挥部决定：将慕湖大厦（七一东路2899号）、保定慕子妇产医院核酸采集点（恒升路99号）、卓正国际酒店（七一东路2358号）、品格美发沙龙（恒升路未来像素2号楼61号底商）、像素便利店（恒升路未来像素2号楼50号商铺）划定为高风险区；将南起腾飞路、北至七一路、东起慕子医院（恒升路99号）、西至卓正国际酒店（七一东路2358号）合围区域划定为中风险区，除高、中风险区域外的其他区域均为低风险区域。目前，莲池区共划定高风险区5个、中风险区1个，按高、中风险区分区落实管控措施。解除时间根据疫情情况、全员核酸检测情况及时研判决定。    (ECNS) -- China has cleared and disposed of more than 60 million metric tons of solid waste since June 2025 under a nationwide campaign against illegal dumping and disposal, Vice Minister of Ecology and Environment Li Gao said Thursday at a press conference in Beijing.     Authorities have identified more than 56,000 problems during the campaign, with over 45,000 rectified. Monitoring combines satellite and drone technology with ground inspections, public reports and tips exposed by online media.    Illegal dumping in karst caves has also been a focus.
